In addition to being one of the Founding Partners at PGP, Chris operates his own law firm, HK Law, which provides boutique regulatory and corporate assistance to his cannabis clientele.  With over 200 state and local temporary and annual cannabis license applications under his belt, Chris can accurately be called an expert in cannabis law. Named a “Rising Star” in business law by the American Institute of Legal Advocates, Chris  spent several years in practice at Shevin Law Group, one of the leading cannabis law firms in Southern California. With deep industry relationships to retailers, cultivators, manufacturers, and distributors, Chris sits at the cannabis heart of PGP.  Chris earned his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law following having earned his BA in Sociology from UC Santa Cruz.
