Daniel is one of the founding shareholders of HK Law, Inc., a transactional law practice with an emphasis on cannabis law. Daniel brings law practice experience in business, construction, insurance coverage, real estate law, tax law, plaintiff and defendant litigation, general liability, breach of contract, business tort, and indemnity/claims analysis. Daniel earned his JD and Tax Law Certificate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and earned his BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
