He catapulted that expertise into cannabis in 2017 joining Starling Brands, a vertically integrated startup in Toronto, as their Chief Operating Officer. Developing, implementing and improving supply chain strategy for inhouse brands Jayden’s Juice, Critical Concentrates, Lyfted Farms and wholesale distillate production included procurement, workforce optimization, production efficiency, operational reporting, compliance, and sales channel rollout.
